Sony unveils DEV-50V | Digital recording binoculars release date and price

Sony has officially unveiled DEV-50V, its new product in the digital recording binoculars market. This new binoculars are lighter, smaller and most importantly weatherproof. So now you don’t have to worry while carrying your binoculars in rainy season.

This second generation binoculars have wide zoom magnification range that is 0.8x to 25x, so that its users can view far object with great clarity and sharpness. Sony DEV-50V also supports autofocus, so you don’t have to focus your view again and again.

It has a feature of image stabilization that prevents the images from being terribly shaking at high zoom levels. To make it even more amazing the binoculars are skilled of recording both 2D and 3D pictures, even if it is low light. It has 20.2 MP along with Exmor R CMOS image sensor and is capable to shooting still photos and video. Audio which is recorded by the side of video is in stereo format.

For better resolution and contrast, it has XGAOLED True-Finder electronic viewfinders. For improved performance, it uses Sony’s BIONZ image processor. It provides stereoscopic 3D images. You can also connect your binoculars to a TV, using HDMI output for viewing and sharing pictures. It provides amazing battery life, three hours of recording per charge.
